We raise poultry, hogs, and cattle with great care on certified organic pastures in the coastal foothills of northwest Marin. The land has been in our family since 1916.
Both our broiler chickens and laying hens are truly free-range; Clark Summit eggs are certified organic. Our cows are 100% grass-fed. Our hogs live outside on pasture and eat organic whey (from Cowgirl Creamery!) and organic grain. None of our animals receive hormones or antibiotics.
